How do I return an item?

Returns/Refunds - Each and every FAYEWOO SIGNATURE COLLECTIONS® product is created custom especially for you, and great care is taken to ensure that you are ordering an item that will suit your needs. Due to the nature of custom millinery and accessories which are personal wear items there are no returns/refunds on any FAYEWOO SIGNATURE COLLECTIONS® products unless an item is defective. Returns made within 5 days of receipt can be made for size adjustments only and at the shipping expense of the customer. There are no refunds on any Rush Order charges or regular shipping charges. Return shipment charges are the responsibility of the customer. Great care will be taken that your hats and accessories are made according to your specifications. To help ensure that you are going to be pleased with your purchase, please be careful to measure accurately with the instructions given for Hat Sizing when you order a hat. In addition, please be specific if there are special construction requests for your hat order with regard to brim width, crown height, etc. It is also strongly recommended that you send or request swatches or email photos if there are special color and/or fabric matching considerations with your order.
